When the preserved foliage goes through temperature changes it can sometimes cause the preservative to come to the surface... if this happens just wipe with a dry cloth.
Some items may be dyed or painted and this may transfer. Some stems may be wired. Pampas does shed this is normal. Sometimes the palms have splits in them, this is not considered a fault. Due to the nature of this product no two bunches are the same.
